A CD that guides you through using each of the different Quintessences.
It is recommended that you use the Aura-Soma Quintessences at the start of the day, before meditation, prayer, sacred rituals or if you want to go deeper within yourself.
How to use
How to use the Quintessences with this CD:
1. Choose a Quintessence from the Quintessence 25ml or 2.5ml vial
2. Create a little space around you and place 3 drops onto your left wrist.
3. Choose the corresponding track on this CD and follow the guidance. Each of the different Quintessences is guided individually related to the one you choose.
